1. I have paid, now what?

    • Once you have paid you will receive a receipt.
    • In your receipt will be an email address.
    • Respond to the email, with your name, type of visit, and DOB.  
    • A reply will be sent with a booking link.
  1. I have paid for my appointment, how do I book an appointment?

    • After you have paid for your appointment, you will be sent an email and/or text containing a link to book your appt time.
  2. I have paid AND booked my appointment time, where is my link to join?

    • Within 24 hours of booking your appointment, you will receive a link via email and/or text message.
  3. I still haven’t received my link yet.

    1. Confirm your email is correct, and we will send you an email and/or text with your link.
  4. I can't "Pay to Book Online"

    1. Pay to Book Online works best from the Desktop site.  Please go to the Desktop Site and Pay To Book Online there.
